Cannot use AI to generate

I started with Marketing template.

I tried to generate the first variant from list of suggested:

Create a hero section with a heading, subheading in white, CTA button and an image of a mountain in the background,  add light blur to the image

But I got error:

The limitation of Open AI doesn't allow to select the entire page and execute prompt, please select a smaller instance
