### Request: Create a dev branch for PR submission #2

Hi maintainers,
I'm currently working on the Web3Insights/Web3Insights-datat project and have already forked the repo and created a local justin_dev branch. However, I noticed that the upstream repo only contains the main branch.
Would it be possible to create a dev branch so I can open a pull request targeting it?
This would help organize ongoing development work without affecting the main branch directly.
