Plugin Page Improvements ideas

1. Plugins Sections:

• Chainsafe plugins : Author: {Chainsafe, Name of the Dev}

• Chainsafe / ext org : Author: {Chainsafe, Name of Org}

• Individual contributor plugins : Author: {Org if existing, Name of the Dev}

2. Sorting plugins by popularity (number of downloads), or alphabetically

3. Register plugin button : page for registering plugin on our website, this will send email to us and some one from team can create PR. The register plugin page should have security / limited liability warning, and additionally it should request plugin publisher email ?

4. Report plugin button : If any community plugin has malicious code in future version, any community members will be able to report via this button.

I'd also suggest sorting plugins by category also.
