phone number format

I noticed the example (https://builder3.toolkit.illinois.edu/component/ilw-profile-list/1-0/index.html) had the area code in parentheses, but university style for phone numbers is a xxx-xxx-xxxx format (https://brand.illinois.edu/messaging/editorial-and-style-guide#telephone-numbers).
