NEXRAD data responds with 500

I just started trying out the API for the last few hours and was finally able to test some of the data requests. I'm trying to get NEXRAD2 or NEXRAD3 data, but they respond with a status (500). Is there something wrong with my url (https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web/api/v2/data?datasetid=NEXRAD3&stationid=NEXRAD:KNQA&startdate=2025-04-02&enddate=2025-04-02)? It's also very likely that I just don't know the API well enough and am doing something very wrong. If I use datasetid=GHCND it returns an empty json object. From the description, NEXRAD is the radar data and that's what I'm trying to retrieve.

This site doesn't support that particular API. CDO API docs are here.

This site supports api.weather.gov--documentation here. There is some access to radar data through this API, but it's a bit rough around the edges at the moment.
