Gridpoint 53,36, one corner of which is 31.9342 N 80.9353 W, is in the middle of the Wilmington River delta, SE of Savannah, GA. Is that the point you're trying to query? In that case 'MRR' may be a marine event of some kind. I'm not seeing anything issued by WFO CHS for that point. |

I saw a VTEC code in the Hazards section of my api return earlier today that I cannot find a reference for
"MRR" was the phenomenon and there was no significance listed.
the specific api call was https://api.weather.gov/gridpoints/CHS/53,36
the return gave me this specific answer that I do not see reference to on the VTEC decoding
properties.hazards.values.value.phenomenon = "MRR"
properties.hazards.values.value.significance = null
properties.hazards.values.value.event_number = null
Is there another reference to the abbreviations that is better to interpret the api returns?
thanks...
Chris
