API for the timeseries historical data

I am new here so pardon for lack of thorough research before asking this. Wanted to see if there is an API to collect the time-series historical data? For example the data present in the following.

api.weather.gov is generally not a good place to look for historic data. It eventually gets flushed.

NWS weather and climate data is archived at NOAA's National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI). NCEI offers a few API options that may be better suited to what you are looking for. More details here: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web/webservices

Another option might be the NOAA Regional Climate Centers' ACIS web services: http://www.rcc-acis.org/docs_webservices.html
