Historical Forecast Information Archive?

Is the the Weather.gov forecast information archived anywhere?

I'm specifically interested in the forecasts, not the actual weather results.

I called a few numbers as was eventually pointed to:

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a documented link between Weather.gov's GridID and NOAA's State/Station Codes.

Also, I wouldn't know which bulletin ID corresponds to Weather.gov's forecast information.
