Add institution field to accounts

Each account could have a field for the institution. Then the accounts list should group all accounts by the institution.

There is currently a lazy way to do this, add the institution name to the account and I am not sure we gain much by adding this to the ORM/etc. Even in Quicken where I have this (institution field separate from name) I find myself using the "lazy" way, due to other control issues.

Let's make this into a discussion and open up the "what does this do to overall UX at this point in the app's feature set life", OK @karan?

In the update to the SimpleFin integration, it does this (like the plaid integration already did)

Wait, so it's already in the data model? All we have to do is expose it (elegantly) in the UI? That's much easier then.

Wait actually come to think of it it might be just in the sync side of the model, like in the SimpleFin item (and I believe in the plaid item). In the revamped simplefin integration, I had it display all of the accounts in the SimpleFin sync grouped by institution (which is shown in the accounts UI iirc) but I don't think it extends to the "frontend" display

Yeah, I checked myself just now and I see a bunch of institution_* fields in the Plaid and SimpleFIN tables, but nothing in account.
