I think it would be a great idea to add a Github Project Page, as it would allow us to better visualise how the project is going, what is currently being inplemented, what we should working on...

It has also this quite nice feature where we can setup Milestones for the next version, and add the issues created by the Project board, so we can really see how the project is going.

Oh, absolutely! There is one that I was trying to "prime up" with tasks already ... just have not made it public yet. Guess there is no harm in doing that?

Making it public will not change nomething because it's not etitable to everyone. And i think it's a great addition 👍

It's a "too many cooks in the kitchen" situation I am trying to avoid. What goes in/out of a release needs a degree of awareness & involvement we probably need to gauge before we let people change the Milestone roadmap, no?

I also think that creating a feature request tag could be a great addition to the actual issue system. We could let someone add the feature request using a Issue template, and than if it's not a feature we want, puting a wont do tag to close the PR. And than the feature request issues would be put into the backlog and someone could assign them to an issue, etc...

For the Milestone Roadmap, i dont think that everyone should be able to modify it, just the Admin, and for the Project board part, also letting the maintainers of the project add tags on issue, assign to themselves an issue would be great.

For the Role part, i think this documentation is great.

For the project part, i was thinking the board more as an infinite backlog and done task, than a Board for a milestone, as github already have another system for that: Sure Milestones. So the project board could be renamed as Sure Project or smt like that, and all the feature requests and currently working on task would be putted here
