rule.id 91821 refers to itself #898
Description
We found an Error in rule 91821.
It refers to itself with the <if_sid> statement. This in itself it is not a big problem because it also refers to another parent rule, but it stands to reason that this is a typo and the rule should refer to another id, thus providing a corelation which now does not exist.
