We’ve created a backup file and successfully added the client keys to the agent on the new server. However, despite using the same server IP address for the new server where the backup agent was installed, the agent status is still showing as "Never Connected."
Could you please advise if there is a way to resolve this issue? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
