LG C3 with EDID modification does not keep the "Enable HDR" #4717

| First off I would like to say long time fan of BetterDisplay. I recently updated macos to 26 tahoe as well as to the latest version of BetterDisplay. I was prompted to repurchase a pro license again as it had been enough updates? I was a little thrown off by this, but honestly the value is there so no real complaints. Let me get to the "bug": Let me know if you need anymore info. |

| Hi there - I don't think it's an app issue but probably a change in how macOS remembers display layouts. Anyway, you can use the app's Configuration Protection feature (see the similarly named menu item under the display) to "protect" the HDR setting if it does not get restored with the layout. Let me know if this does not work. |
