BetterDisplay seemingly causing system-wide stuttering upon boot/restart.

Problem

Upon booting my Mac Studio from an off-state I have very noticeable system-wide stutters for 5-10 minutes. It's most noticeable while typing in a text box, as the input will freeze, and then continue as you're typing.

Finally found some time to try and diagnose what's causing it, and after closing one app at a time it appears to be BetterDisplay. As soon as BetterDisplay is closed text input is normal, as soon as I open it back up the freezing/stuttering returns. Eventually this behavior subsides even while BetterDisplay is open, and if I restart the application after said behavior has subsided it does not startup again. So it only occurs after restarting the computer or booting from an off state.

If it was a problem for 30-60 seconds, whatever I can deal with that. But it's pretty rough with it occurring for 5-10 minutes after booting.

Hmm. Can you run BetterDisplay from Terminal using this command? Do you see any activity going on in the logs?

/Applications/BetterDisplay.app/Contents/MacOS/BetterDisplay -v

Let me know if you could look at this - the stutters look like there is a repeated display layout change happening.
