Trial expired right after first install – please help!(오늘 처음 설치했는데 평가판 만료라고 나옵니다.)

오늘 처음 BetterDisplay를 설치했는데, 바로 평가판이 만료되었다는 메시지가 나왔습니다.
저는 이번에 처음 사용하는 사용자이고, 이전에 평가판을 사용한 적이 없습니다.

정상적으로 평가판을 사용해 볼 수 있도록 평가판을 재활성화해 주실 수 있을까요?

I installed BetterDisplay for the first time today, but it immediately showed "trial expired" status.
I have never used the trial on this Mac before.

Could you please help me activate the 14-day trial or provide a coupon code?

Hi there - sorry about the issue. Not sure what could be the problem. Trials are managed by Paddle. It might be that if it's a second hand Mac or was on display it once had BetterDisplay installed? Please contact me at Discord in a DM as I'll need some more info to proceed. Thank you!
