MAC M4 - Compatibility with a BenQ EX3210u screen - erratic behavior

hello, i noticed as soon as I modify the luminosity of my screen.

I am on a MAC M4.
it seems DDC is not supported for shutting down for instance.

When I change the luminosity, the screen seems to register bad values and when the computer is turned off, it is impossible to shut it down even but the front button.

The only way is to unplug it. If I restart the machine without touching one the luminosity setting then I can control it again. Any idea ? A support problem ?
