Hmm. This seems like a Paddle licensing issue. What way does the app forget the license key? Do you see any error messages on the Pro tab of Settings? Generally the issue might be a leaked key - in this case multiple users might be trying to use the same key, deactivating each other. Alternatively, the machine's hardware ID might be changing somehow - or Paddle's license files could get corrupted (you can delete them under But I might need to look at this issue specifically, which would require me to know the key or order number. I'm a long time customer and use the app almost daily.
Unfortunately the app regularly forgets that I have a license key. I need to go to the license key screen and restart the app to get the pro features back.
This extremely annoying as this is happening very frequently.
