How to keep the App Switcher on main display when hosting a virtual display on a sidecar extended desktop

I've noticed that when I am using an ipad in sidecar mode with a portrait virtual display on top of it, the App Switcher can appear on either:

1. the main display
2. the virtual display: visible on extended desktop (ipad portrait)
3. the sidecar display: totally invisible presumably because the extended desktop on the virtual display is covering it

How can I lock the App Switch only to the main built in display?

The App Switcher (command+tab) should appear on the main display only I think. The Spotlight Search (command+space) will appear on the screen with the mouse. Mission Control should affect all displays.

thanks @waydabber, yeah maybe its an OS bug because regardless of how BD interacts with sidecar, AS should always be on the main display not any of the extended displays afaik.

Only thing I can think of, also not my area of expertise is that maybe there is some way you know of blacklisting AS on all virtual displays? No idea if that's even possible
