Brightness level is fixed on a Lenovo Q27-h10

I am having an issue with my Lenovo Q27-h10 and setting the brightness with your tool.
Once I connect my screen to my macbook, the Menu on the display itself becomes inactive so I cannot set the brightness there, thus I wanted to use your tool for it.

When I first set it up, everything looks compatible:

as you can see it says : max brightness 100, currently 40.

Now if i use the slider, nothing changes, the brightness stays at the same level.
If I enable the refresh of the values, one can see the slider always jumps back:

So I guess it is not really accepting the values?
Do you have any tips for troubleshooting :) ?

Hi there - it seems like it indeed does not accept values. For some Lenovo displays this might be related to a selected display preset (like "Web", "Video", etc) that comes with a predefined brightness level. Try resetting the display or changing the preset, maybe that will solve the issue.

wow thanks alot, someone the monitor automatically enables low blue light mode when connected to usbc, no idea why, and this completly disables all the controls.
with it of, i can even use the osd again, so thank you alot!!
