video filter window sharpness setting for all displays

while playing around with the video filter window tool I found the slider titled Sharpness and i liked how it looked but i am unable to find the same setting that would apply it to my whole display and all desktops.

i'm not sure if it is only available to the video filter window or if i just can't find it but i'd like to apply it everywhere, if you know whether i can or can't do this then please share.

You can enable stream filter for the entire screen under "Stream Display" menu, "Self-stream + Video Filters" and then apply video filters to the entire screen.
