Mac Mini M2 (Sequoia) Dual Display 144Mhz no longer working on HDMI

I have the following setup, I was using the LG fine at 144Hz and since the upgrade to Sequoia from Sonma I can no longer set the refresh rate to 144Hz

Mac Mini M2
Sequoia
Dual Display Setup
Alienware AW3423DWF (165Hz) Working at 165Hz - USB-C/Thunderbolt
LG 27GN950 (144Hz) has dropped to 60Hz and no option to set back to 144Hz - HDMI

Technically a QHD display should work at 120Hz/144Hz as it's still within HDMI 2.0 limits - but HiDPI resolutions might be limited and these limits changed in macOS Sequoia for the worse.

I've been through this thread and unfortunately no luck, is there any plan to fix this in betterdisplay?
