Add ability to create fake notches

I've no idea if this is feasible but I've an external display with a separate webcam that sits on the top of the monitor. The monitor has very little bezel so the stand covers the menu bar. It would be great if I could get betterdisplay to somehow fake the need for a notch on this display, so the menubar would flow around where the stand is.

Well, I am not sure whether this is feasible without some more serious hacks involved (that would require system integrity protection to be disabled). I will convert this into an Idea discussion now - as it needs further research.
