How to write characters with a 1in54c ?

Hi, not really an issue, however I have several of these 1.54" black/white/yellow e-Paper and I cannot make them operate.
It is 1.54 inch with a resolution of 152x152, so it is not the same with other 1.54 inch that are 200x200 resolution.

The example given is only to show a picture, Is that the only thing available with this model ?

How can I write a text on the display ?
