We should run unit test for Tutorial Actions Executor in the CI

We implemented the unit tests in this PR #2732 but in order to keep the PR as lean as possible, we didn't want to add the CI improvements in this PR.

We should run the unit tests when there are changes done to the Tutorial Actions Executor.

I put this into product backlog, since we want to do it relatively soon, not wait.
