reconsider how admin users' `/admin/settings` and general users' `/account` info works.

We currently have a Settings section in the Admin Dashboard that has no functionality. Should we move this to extra components or implement it so that it works, e.g. changes the avatar, updates the users info, etc.

And how should this Settings section be different from the general User Account section at /account? Should we allow users to update their user/account/profile info and, if so, should we use the same UI components as for the Admin Settings?
