Feature: Update ristretto cache from 0.1.1 to 2.2.0

bento is using ristretto v0.1.1, which is 3 years old. The latest version is 2.2.0. https://github.com/hypermodeinc/ristretto/tags

Rp connect updated to 2.0.0 in this commit. Perhaps something similar could be done here?
