Trying to reproduce README

I'm following steps from README.md. When I run yarn dev, bot works well but localhost:8080 doesn't. When I try to deploy to Deta, it occurs an error and bot doesn't work.

On deta visor, it shows the following error:

Tell me, what doesn't work when using localhost:8080?

I'm investigating the issue and I'll deploy a new app on deta again to see

I've discovered later that the script only serves localhost:8080 on deta, so it would be inacessible to localhost. But that error still happens.
