Feature Request: Add status message to Grafana dashboard #127
Description
Problem
The most typical support request from the community of node runners is, "Does everything seem to be ok?" accompanied by a screenshot of their Grafana dashboard.
Request
Create a section in the nwaku-compose Grafana dashboard that simply prints "Everything is fine" if everything is OK, and "Something is wrong" if not.
Given the multitude of languages spoken by Waku users, an option for visualization is to accompany the message with a ✅ or ❌.
Acceptance Criteria
The Grafana dashboard has a dedicated section to communicate node status/health to the user.
