The European Regulation (EUDI) is driving a lot of work on identity and wallets, including:
- Digital Credentials API
- VC
- WebAuthn
Other standards bodies are also involved including OpenID, FIDO, EMVCo, ISO, and IETF. Some of those organizations attended the GDC2025 in Geneva to talk about this space.
What does W3C need to do to continue to play an active role in these conversations?
