PROF: RDF version uses non-existent `skos:usageNote`

The RDF version of Prof uses non-existent property skos:usageNote. It should probably use skos:scopeNote instead.

I see a couple of instances of https://vocab.org/vann/usageNote within the dxwg - I wonder if that's the source of the mixup.
