First two Specification Cases #222
Description
I was browsing the test suite, and looked at the firs two test cases at 4.2 Summary by Specification Statements. The first entry currently is
3.1 DID Syntax - All DID URLs MUST conform to the DID URL Syntax ABNF Rules.
in order to match the specification document this should be
3.2 DID URL Syntax - All DID URLs MUST conform to the DID URL Syntax ABNF Rules.
and should probably be moved to the second place in the list.
