Next release

Dear Vue team,

I'm wondering when there is going to be a new release.

There are over 100 commits in main since the last release. The last minor release was almost half a year ago. There are almost 500 PRs. PRs that would streamline our development process.

There are no big blockers for us at the moment, no security holes etc. But there are many small issues that require workarounds.
