Change log is too long, github won't render it anymore

I'm not sure if this is issue worthy or not but one cannot easily read the change log anymore

You can view the raw file but now you have all the markdown cluttering it up.

Probably need to move/remove the old logs, as was done in Vite: vitejs/vite#10062 (comment)
