Special channel in Chinese or English mandatory ?

Hello,

I see more and more messages in Chinese in the Discussion channel since the creation of Github Discussion for Vue Js 2 months ago.

Is it possible to write in English ? I know that Vue is popular in the Chinese community but Vue it's a international project and github is in English.

It's not my native language but I make the effort.

I know others persons who have less knowledge than me in English but they use many online automatic translator that exist now for years.
