FollowUp: #10293 should'nt the return type of customRef be ShallowRef instead of Ref?

If the returned ref is'nt deeply reactive the return type should be ShallowRef right?

From the two custom Ref objects printed, it can be seen that the basic data type uses getter/setter to modify data and updates the view using the trigger() method in dep, while the reference data type does not have proxy proxy and does not have deep listening;
It can be understood as returning Shallow Ref.
