I follow the followionf tutorial:

and copied file from the solution:

but when I open the index.html with chrome I see:

{{ description }}

instead of :

Socks
A pair of warm fuzzy socks

I suspect you only copied the HTML part from the CodePen, or you are not running the Javascript code with that part:

new Vue(...

It's on the right side of the CodePen page.

To make sure it runs, you can put it into your index.html wrapped in a <script> tag, right below the <script> tag that includes vue.js
