Add short props syntax

This is just an idea, I don't know how hard it would be to implement this but it would be cool to have some sort of props shorthand syntax for example:

const showNotification = ref(false)

<template>
  <!-- instead of :showNotification="showNotification" -->
  <Notification :showNotification />
</template>
</script>

awesome! I read the props docs not too long ago and did not see that so it must be quite new
