Vue 2.7.16 Modal closing on input

Hi all,

I am using VueJS with Vuex and in recent months I have noticed that the bootstrap modals on our website that are mounted to Vue close upon typing inside a text input that has the attribute "v-model".

Has anyone come across this before? I am not home at present so I have no code example. Hopefully, someone can shine light on it.
