I figured out the solution. I will post it here for anyone else using VSDC.
Then output the file as a GIF. If anyone who is here trying these steps has an issue or it fails to work, post your question. I don't think I missed anything. |

Forgive the fact that this is a bit off topic. I have already asked this in a couple of forums that deal with grahic design and UI. I just figure this might be something all web designers might want to disuss or have an answer for. And VUE is one of the top three most poular JaveScript Frameworks. So there might be a developer here that has encountered and solved this.
I am making a gif with VSDC. The individual images that make the gif are made in Paint.Net The problem is that there is white space in some of the individual images but when it is generated as a GIF the image contains what can be described as faint beige dots in a scratch pattern. Here is a link to a demo GIF showing what I am talking about . It is safe. It is the Google Photo cloud storage. Does anyone know how to make a crisper GIF with solid white space?
