Vee Validate obj syntax

I am moving from an old version of Vuetify and Vee Validate where in used formData to store / validate and send
But with this new composition setup i cant figure out how to wrap everything in a obj.

I see in the vuetify docs:

How to incorporate everything as a obj instead of individual fields?

Or is formData obsolete and just use this as it is?
