context menu: icon to left of the label #321

Is it possible to add an icon option to the context menu data, so that it can show up to the left of the label.

VSCode does this in their context menus in a few places (although they don't expose it via the API as an option).

This example is from the drop down menu in the notebook toolbar:

bendera added the enhancement label
