prevent browser suggestions in vscode-single-select

Does someone know if it's possible to prevent the browser from trying to help filling the vscode-single-select textbox? It's kind of really not useful at all and hides the builtin fuzzy matching logic.
Thanks for this great library btw. works like a charm.
