What are you doing for multiplayer-style usage?

I know livesync is not a multiplayer solution, however I would like to know what the community if doing to add multiplayer-style to their workspace.

For example I have a vault shared with a friend and sometimes they will ask a question and I will want to answer, but it's difficult to know who wrote what. So what are you doing to help distinguish which user/device wrote a certain piece of content?

I can see there community plugins like Dialogue which could be an option.
