How can I properly *not* sync workspaces.json ?

Hi! I've been struggling to keep my workspaces files different for my windows computer and my android tablet. I am very happy with livesync overall, as it does sync all hidden files that I need for my plugins and customizations. That said, I've had little to no luck on keeping the workspaces plugin file out of sync. I do have customization sync enabled (with workspaces on "ignore") and have rules for hidden files to ignore workspaces, but sooner or later it syncs with the other device and I lose all my workspaces.

Ideally I'd love to have a workspaces.json and a workspaces_android.json, as Obsidian's team disabled compatibility between workspaces from desktop to android/IOS/IPadOS versions (which is ironic because tablets do have the screen space to be used in landscape mode) and made the workspace file into two (workspace.json and workspace_mobile.json).
