Hiding icons created by LiveSync in Obsidian

I run a pretty minimal Obsidian and I get annoyed by the addition of icons I don't really need ... LiveSync adds three of them! I

looked through settings for ways to disable to toggle them off but can't find any.

I guess I could, maybe, add some css that would hide them but feel like I shouldn't have to and there should be a toggle? Any ideas?

We can hide them not in Self-hosted LiveSync, but in Obsidian.

Appearance -> Interface -> Ribbon Menu Configuration ->
