Scram Switches keep getting enabled on start.

Whenever I start Obsidian, it would tell me that Scram Enabled.

If I click resume and restart obsidian, it will restart and this window will show up still, so I keep it disabled.

I can go to hatch to resume storage events (and delay restarting) -- and then Livesyncing resumes and works fine for now.

But then when I restart the app, the setting will reset and the notification will appear again, and my setting will indeed be reset.

I have experienced this before, and this prompted me to completely uninstall Obsidian and any trace of it to be sure I'll reinstall it cleanly. In the afternoon, everything seemed fine when I reinstalled everything and the error went away. But this evening I find it's come back again.

I just decided to reclone the db on a fresh vault, which resolved this. If I had to guess what was going on wrong, it's the version mismatch I think of what's stored in the db vs what I had (still not sure about this).

Regardless, hopefully things go smoothly moving forward. Thank you for this plugin!
