Clean Up for Project Profiles

This is a follow on request attached to this work. Please clean up the Project Profile for polish and consistency across Atlas. See designs in Figma. Tasks below:

• Make the vertical spacing between sections 80px (5rem)

• If a project does not have an organization, and has multiple contributors, then show all the contributors. Show contributor name on hover. Open user profile in a new tab when clicked.

• Make spacing between Retro Funding tiles 12px (.75rem)

• Remove the "Missions" section header.
• Remove the Sunny avatar next to each Retro Funding title
• Make "Retro Funding: Onchain Builders" and "Retro Funding: Dev Tooling" a section header: H4, 20px, 28px line height, semi-bold, color "foreground"
• Update the expand / collapse to be an ghost-style icon-button. When you hover, the bg should appear as "secondary"
• For Dev Tooling, truncate project names in the "top projects" section to one line.
• For Dev Tooling, make this line "Projects enrolled in Retro Funding: Onchain Builders only" a smaller font: "x-small" 12px
• Trim the text in the last container to read: "Rewards are determined by an evaluation algorithm powered by onchain data.". Get rid of "and some metrics..." and then make sure the container height responds accordingly.
• Remove the border on the Retro rounds hero container, so it looks like this:

• For the hero container, the height should be responsive to the content inside it. So if there's a button, it's taller. No button, and it contracts. It's designed with 80px (5rem) of top-bottom padding.
• Remove the "Get ready for interop" section header
• Remove the "shine" icon from the interop cards
• Remove the gradient in the background for interop cards. Instead use solid "primary" FF0420
• Make interop card padding 80px (5rem)
• Simplify the way we display interop cards: Insert the relevant interop-card underneath it's Retro Funding section. When a project is enrolled in both rounds, instead of having the dual display for interop-cards just place each card under it's appropriate RF section.
• Update the footer section to be a simple title and button without container
