How long until it can run on windows, linux, and have CUDA feature parity?

I know it's a wide ranging, complicated question, even dumb, but I'd like to know how far along development wise this is from feature parity with CUDA.
If there was a lead dev for the project I would contribute a few bucks a month on patreon, because this is very important software. Hardware shouldn't limit what software you can run.
