Cannot get ZLUDA running on AMD GPU

I have followed all the steps: installing HIP SDK, setting environment variables... but I cannot get Zluda to work.
What is funny is that I had managed to do it before, but now, torch.cuda_is_available() returns false:

I'm trying to run it with (project_directory)\zluda\zluda-4-windows\zluda-with-exe Python script_name.py. Is this the right way to run it?
