host website on new server

1. get database dump of existing website
2. if we use custom templates or any other custom wordpress code: put code on github. with this php library we can keep track of our custom wordpress code without also committing all the files of wordpress core: https://github.com/roots/wordpress
3. put website on new server with the database.
4. test that it all works and fix any issues
5. point DNS to new IP address
